DMecS Power Pack
Test Benches
The test benches developed by DMecS are successfully used for realistic hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) tests of drives as well as for parameter identification and model validation of power packs and electric motors. The components to be tested and thus the results remain unaffected by the test bench dynamics. An overview is provided in the PPTB flyer and the PPTB overview presentation.
Application of Power Pack Test Benches
With our power pack test benches (PPTB) realistic HiL tests of a variety of actuators/ power packs such as
- electro-mechanical steering systems
- electro-hydraulic breaking systems
- Steer-by-Wire steering systems
can be performed. Detailed parameter identification and model validation of the device under test are possible for
- mechanical and electrical parameters
- torque-speed characteristic
- reference transfer behavior
- torque ripple
Test Bench Set up and Control
Our power pack test benches convince with
- innovative and high-performance control concepts,
- highly dynamic actuators and sensors,
- modular and flexible design of the setup, the control and the dSPACE system
- individual testing sequences and HiL-models
