With the conduction of standardized road tests with highly dynamic excitation of the EPS system such as
- fishhook and
- double lane-change
the high performance of the power pack test bench is proven. The HiL-system match the simulation results of the real-world system very well. Die Messergebnisse werden aufgrund der anspruchsvollen Regelung nicht negativ durch das Eigenverhalten des Prüfstands beeinflusst. Die Qualität der Ergebnisse hängt somit wesentlich vom eingesetzten Simulationsmodell ab.
Customer Application
The DMecS power pack test benches are successfully used for the testing of customer powerpacks. These include
- system identification regarding the torque generation dynamic
- automated testing of motors for a torque feedback steering system
- parameter identification for differential lock actuators and servo drives
- reduction of torque ripple
With the reduction of the cogging torque induced torque ripple its impact on the torsion bar torque/ drivers hand torque can be positively influenced.
